Earlier this year, they were in the throes of one of the ugliest celebrity divorce battles, but the tides have turned for Stephanie Seymour and her wealthy husband.
The former supermodel was back in the arms of paper-magnate husband Peter Brant on a family in St Barts yesterday.
He was seen lovingly apply her sun tan lotion before stealing a kiss with his wife of 15 years.
She was also joined on the sunny Caribbean holiday by her sons Peter, 17, and Harry, 13, her daughter Lily, 6.
Later the 42-year-old, who has appeared on over 300 magazine covers, splashed in the surf in a skimpy two-piece bikini.
The couple revealed in September that they were calling off their divorce and had reconciled.
They first announced their split in March 2009 and they then entered into an acrimonious battle rife with allegation of infidelity, drug abuse and wild spending sprees. … read more »

Merry Christmas to all of you and your loved ones.
Last Monday at 6:43 p.m., at the new auction headquarters of Phillips de Pury on Park Avenue in New York, auctioneer Simon de Pury dropped his hammer to signify the sale of lot 12, a lifelike, nude waxwork of former actress and supermodel Stephanie Seymour.
Designed to be mounted on the wall like a deer's head, it is titled Stephanie but the art world knows it as Trophy Wife. The piece turns the representation of Ms. Seymour into a literal trophy, her nude upper body arching from the wall, breasts covered discretely with hands.
The sculpture is one of four identical versions created by iconic Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan. Its real human hair had been perfectly coiffed by celebrity New York stylist Frederic Fekkai. The catalogue gave a price range of US$1.5-to US$2.5-million. … read more »

Stephanie is a cover model on the December issue of french Photo magazine. The nude portrait was taken by the great Richard Avedon in early 90s.
A racy nude portrait of supermodel Stephanie Seymour taken by the late, great Richard Avedon in 1992 is expected to fetch up to $210,000 at Sotheby's' Photographies sale in Paris on November 19. Part of a private European collection, the image will bolster the strength of the photography market if it achieves its price. Though most of the lots date from the early 1900s, the stunning sale also includes an Albert Watson portrait of Naomi Campbell from 1989 and a David LaChapelle portait of Andy Warhol from 1987 taken shortly before the artist's death, both estimated at up to $21,000; and a Herb Ritts portrait of Madonna from 1986, expected to fetch up to $10,000. Notable works by Irving Penn, Ansel Adams, Edward Weston and more round out the offerings.

In 2003, Interview magazine publisher and Greenwich polo king Peter Brant commissioned a statue by nutty Italian-American artist Maurizio Cattelan. The art piece was to be of his wife, Stephanie Seymour, and she would be nude clutching her breasts, jutting out like a figurehead on a boat. Cattelan agreed, and went to work on the statue. It is called "Stephanie," but it's better known by its wry nickname: "Trophy Wife."
Brant and Seymour have apparently reconciled their nasty, thievery-inducing breakup and are back to being happily betrothed. But this can't be too comforting for them: Gatecrasher reports that a picture of "Stephanie" will be gracing the cover of the Nov. 8 art sale catalogue "Carte Blanche" put out by the Phillips de Pury & Company. Cattelan made three casts of the statue — Brant still has the commissioned one — and a version is being put up for auction. … read more »
